The owners of the subject property maintain their home beautifully. There is never any sign such as noise or loose animals that would imply that the pets at the subject property are not well cared for. I have walked my dogs in the neighborhood almost every night for the last 10 years, and I have a good idea of how well properties are maintained, and whether animals are kept outdoors and allowed to bark and bother the neighbors. When the current owners of the property purchased this residence in 20081 they immediately started to improve the property and maintain it more conscientiously than the previous residents. The land use code is intended to ensure that neighboring properties are not burdened with nuisances and that properties are well maintained. In this instance, that is surely the case. The owners of the subject property have done an exemplary job of maintaining the peace and maintaining their property. They will certainly do so with one additional pet in the household.
