TRACT C IS SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITIES TO THE TWO ABUTTING
PROPERTIES TO THE WEST. TRACT C IS OPEN SPACE AND SHALL BE OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY
THE STONEGATE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
(14) TRACT D, STORM DRAINAGE TRACT, SHALL BE OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY THE CITY OF RENTON,
EXCEPT THAT THE STONEGATE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
