PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Applicant proposes to operate a Christmas Tree sales lot
within and existing retail center parking lot. The tree lot would operate from November 25th to
December 24th, 2010. Approximately 900 square feet in the center portion of the parking lot
would be used for tree sales.
The following Village Square Christmas Tree Lot Temporary Use Permit is hereby approved and
subject to the following conditions:
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1) Applicant shall relocate the proposed tree lot to the perimeter of the parking lot, along
Garden Ave North so as not to interfere with traffic flow within the parking area.

2) Applicant shall restore the parking lot to the pre -event condition upon the completion of
the event.
3) All debris and vegetative waste shall be properly managed and disposed of in acceptable
refuse containers.
4) Applicant shall obtain any other necessary electrical and sign permits prior to operation.

by 5:00 p.m. on November 30, 2010. Appeals must be filed in writing, together with the
