Subject: Public Notice for a Department of the Army Permit Modification, Barbee Company,
NWS -2007-1019
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District has posted the above referenced public notice
for your review and comment at www.nws.usace.army.mil, under the heading "Open Public
Comment Period" select "Regulatory Public Notices."
The Barbee Company has proposed to expand a previously permitted dredge area by an
additional 14,000 square feet; place 10 cubic yards of rounded river rock; replace a float and
piling; and replace two 3 -pile dolphins with two piles. The revision would also extend the existing
permit that is due to expire on January 8, 2019, so that it would expire on the same date as the
proposed work (10 years from permit issuance). The purpose is to maintain navigational depth
and access to a boathouse; provide improved private boat moorage; and provide enhanced
shallow water habitat in Lake Washington at Renton, Washington.

The City of Renton has approved the above referenced lot line adjustment and has
forwarded the final mylars to King County for recording.
Please note the recording of the lot line adjustment map alone does not transfer
ownership of property. If necessary, prepare and record a deed transferring ownership
of the portion of land depicted in the lot line adjustment map. We recommend that the
legal description for this document be prepared by a surveyor. It is the applicant's
responsibility to ensure this document is properly prepared and recorded with the
County.

Dear Mr. Sherman:
The City of Renton has finished reviewing your proposed lot line adjustment and is now ready
to approve and send the final version for recording. Please submit two sets of original signed
molars and a check for $15.81 made out to Champion Couriers to my attention at the sixth
floor counter of CitV Hall.
Please verify that the mylars have been signed by all owners of record and have been notarized
with an ink stamp (not embossed). The ink stamp must be legible so that King County will
promptly record the lot line adjustment.
This decision to approve the proposed lot line adjustment is subject to a fourteen (14) day
appeal period from the date of this letter. Any appeals of the administrative decision must be
filed with the City of Renton Hearing Examiner by 5:00 pm, January 4, 2011.
Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner, City of
Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Examiner are governed by
City of Renton Municipal Code Section 4-8-110. Additional information regarding the appeal
process may be obtained from the Renton City Clerk's Office, (425) 430-6510.

Conner Homes developed the plat of Barbee Mill in the City of Renton which was
recorded in 2008. During the course of construction, the developer determined that a lot
line adjustment was necessary between the above lots as shown on the plat to
accommodate the construction of the homes on lots 49-52
Lots 49-52 whose addresses are 4106, 4112, 4118, and 4122, Williams Ave. N
respectively, Renton Washington are currently vacant lots awaiting the construction of
homes subsequent to the approval and recording of the lot line adjustment. No additional
code modifications are required or requested at this time.
