I have no additional comments (she caught the needed edits to the release of easement doc that I did not ). Please let us know if anything further would be helpful. [See attached file titled “… with mark up.”] I have attached the easement and the amendment for your information. It appears the amendment was executed to correct the parcel number. I am going to guess the depiction (which is nearly identical in both documents) was used for both the sanitary sewer easement and a TCE. The sanitary sewer easement being released does appear to be the south 15 feet, so the release 2 appears accurate. I just think it is a little strange and slightly confusing that the TCE area is also in the depiction. Just wanted to note it; however, I do not believe it presents an issue related to the release. I went ahead and saved everything to 1340 and added this to the Contract Spreadsheet. I am submitting the attached Release of Easement form for an existing Sanitary Sewer easement on Sartori School property for the legal approval to form. This is a standard release of easement form that has been used previously with the project specifics reviewed and approved by CED. This would be the final document sent to King County for recording after Council approval. I can provide additional supporting documents if needed and I have attached my Issue Paper for background. I recognize this is on the priority list. I appreciate your continued support in all things CED.
