The undersigned property owner(s)abutting a certain portion of that certain easement document titled “UTILITIES
EASEMENT”recorded under King County Recording Number 199107080928,respectfully request the release of the
portion of that easement as described on the attached “Exhibit A.”A land surveyor’s sketch attached as “Exhibit
B”graphically depicts the location of the portion of the easement requested to be released.
The undersigned property owner(s)and petitioner hereby request a time and place be fixed when this petition will
be heard by the City Council.
Of the property owner(s)abutting the area of this petition,the owner(s)of 100%(2/3rds or more required)of the
lineal frontage along the portion of the easement sought to be released have agreed and indicated their joining
