SEPA #5 – Project Narrative The commercial buildings at 500 Park Ave. and 535 Garden Ave. will be demolished with the exception of the slabs, those will remain. The skybridge connection between the building and the parking garage will also be demolished along with the fitness area inside the parking garage. SEPA #6 – Environmental Checklist See attached. SEPA #9 – Construction Timeline Demolition will start shortly after permit approval. SEPA #12 – Site Plan See attached. SEPA #28 – Grading Plan Not applicable, we are leaving the slabs in place, no grading to occur.
