AS A MENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 4740. THIS CITY'S SOLE SOURCE
OF DRINKING WATER IS SUPPLIED FROM A SHALLOW AQUIFER UNDER
THE CITY SURFACE. THERE IS NO NATURAL BARRIER BETWEEN THE
WATER TABLE AND GROUND SURFACE EXTREME CARE SHOULD BE
