Site: Proposed South Renton Transit Center, located on the north side of I-405
and northeast corner of the intersection of S Grady Way and Rainier Avenue S
(SR 167) (Parcels 192305 - 9035, 9063, 9068, 9074)
Dear Clark Close:
As requested, this letter shall serve as Owner's acknowledgement and
acceptance of the risks of developing in an unstable area. To the extent there is
unstable potential area on the above referenced project site, Owner agrees to
provide written notice of such to any prospective purchasers of the site or
portions of the site and/ or potential purchasers of structures on the site.
