Refueling and Hazardous Materials Inventory Refueling of construction equipment and a hazardous materials inventory will be per the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan consistent with applicable City standards, including Renton Municipal Code (RMC) 4-3-050G.8 and 4-4-030C.8, to be provided by the contractor. B. RMC 4-4-030.C.8 Construction Activity Standards – Aquifer Protection Area Zone 2 The construction activity standards applicable in Aquifer Protection Area Zone 2, including a designated person, secondary containment, securing hazardous materials, removal of leaking vehicles and equipment, flammable and combustible liquids – storage and dispensing, clean-up equipment and supplies, and unauthorized releases, will be addressed in the SPCC to be provided by the contractor. No use of pesticides and fertilizers is proposed. The contractor is required to provide an SPCC for review and approval. The applicant will ensure this project construction will comply with requirements imposed by the City of Renton Surface Water Design Manual that specify water quality standards that must be met during construction. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, including a TESC Plan, will be prepared and implemented to reduce and control potential groundwater and surface water runoff impacts and comply with permit requirements during construction.
