There may be a limited need to use a flagger should there be a need to access the relocated fence line along Jefferson or 11th. This will be treated as a condition whereHeartland would submit a TCP to the COR for a dayimpact only. NO Street Closures are anticipated or planned since the majority of work needing hoisting is nowcomplete on WEST Tower. East Tower will still have a hoisting need, but this can be facilitated in front of EAST Tower@ the Retail Parking area.
