SUBJECT:Software Maintenance Renewal for LEFTA Systems
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 5 to CAG-21-226 with
International Business Information Technologies, DBA LEFTA Systems. This Amendment
authorizes payment of Estimate # EST-000275, in the amount of $12,037.98, for the
annual maintenance renewal of LEFTA Systems. The renewal term is 10/01/2024 –
09/30/2025
The Police Department uses this software as a personnel and training system.
