Hi Jennifer and Matthew,
I was just doing some permit record clean-up for the South Renton Transit Center and I wanted to
make sure I documented that we have complied with the permit conditions for the exemption
LUA21-000115 issued on 4/6/2021 (attached). The investigative site work (geotech borings) were
completed in 2021 and permit condition #1 is complete (see below). The temporary wells were
decommissioned and removed. Hopefully this email provides the documentation needed to comply
with Condition #1. Let me know if you need any other information. Thanks!
