The City of Renton submits the following preliminary lists of witnesses and exhibits.

Mr. Hall is expected to testify generally regarding administration of the City of Renton’s
business & occupation tax and specifically regarding application of the business & occupation
tax provisions of the Renton Municipal Code (Title V, Finance and Business Regulations), and
Washington state law, and to the business activities of Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. (“Spirit”)
conducted within the City of Renton.
Estimated duration of Mr. Hall’s testimony: 2.5 hours (approximately)
2. The City reserves the right to amend this list and to add or remove witnesses, including
without limitation to add additional witnesses revealed, discovered, or identified through
discovery. The City also reserves the right to call any and all witnesses identified by Spirit in its
Preliminary Witness List or Final Witness List.
