Since tomorrow (9-28-2024) is the date set for the comple?on of the acquisi?on of TranTech Engineering, LLC by David
Evans and Associates, the City has elected to terminate the agreement effec?ve today. Regarding this, three items are
a?ached to this e-mail for your use.
1. Le?er from Renton dated 9-27-2024 that serves as no?ce of termina?on of the agreement CAG-22-255.
2. E-mail from DEA dated 8-27-2024 with le?er from TranTech regarding acquisi?on of TranTech by DEA to be
completed by 9-28-2024.
3. E-mail from City dated 8-28-2024 explaining City’s intent to terminate agreement by 9-27-2024.
