DCVA shall be installed on private property as close as possible to the existing meter. a separate plumbing permit is required, contact the building department for assistance in acquiring permit. Per LUA22-000316, a Critical Areas Exemption for the removal of pavement and restoration of the wetland buffer shall be submitted by December 26, 2022.
