J AMENDMENT NO. #1
TO
Title: FY21 ICAC Support MOU
Contract # SPO 24-00447
THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the City of Seattle Police
Department, hereinafter referred to as "SPD" and City of Renton.
The original Agreement is amended as follows. All other terms and conditions of the original
Agreement, as amended, remain in effect.
TERM OF AMENDMENT
The term of the agreement shall be amended from 9/30/2024 to 11/3012024.
PAYMENT
3. City of Renton agrees to submit a final bill to SPD within twenty (20) calendar days
after the end date of this Contract and will label the invoice "FINAL BILL."
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to the FY21 ICAC
Support MOU by having their representatives affix their signatures below.
