1. There are no curbs, gutters, or sidewalks
on Shattuck Ave. S. or along S. 15th St.
in the vicinity of the proposed short plat.
2. Granting a deferral of the improvements
will not be detrimental to adjacent prop-
erties.
3. Proposed short plat consists of two +9600
square foot lots and one pipestem lot,
+16,000 square feet in area.
Recommend approval of an indefinite deferral
of the requirement to install curbs, gutters,
and sidewalks along Shattuck Ave. S. until
such time as an L.I.D. for such improvements
is formed in the area; and the applicant
agrees to cooperate with such an LID.
