Good Morning Mike-
Revolution Civil Builders will be performing the water main installation. Revolution Civil Builders is set up with a business license and Jessica emailed you Oct 11 (see attached) our
contractor license for both companies. Revolution Custom Builders also have a business license with the City of Renton and there contractors license is attached in that email thread.
I would like to take the pre-construction meeting coming up Wed 10/23/24. If you have availability at 11am or later, that works for us. I will have both of our companies at the meeting.

Here is an updated list below, there are a couple of outstanding items beyond what you have listed below. Will Revolution Custom Builds be performing the water main/utility work or
will you have a sub be performing that work? They will also need business licenses etc. We have availability at times on this coming Wednesday for the preconstruction meeting after
10am. If a sub will be performing the water main and utility work we would like to have them at the meeting as well. Please let us know a time that works for you and your team.
