CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAMILIARIZING THEMSELVES WITH ALL OTHER SITE IMPROVEMENTS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO STARTING LANDSCAPE WORK. 2.
