DUFFY PERFORMED A SURVEY IN AUGUST, 1949 FOR THE STONEWAY DOCK COMPANY WHICH INCLUDED THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. DURING HIS SURVEY HE MONUMENTED THE NORTH LINE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. THIS SURVEY WAS THE BASIS FOR A HUGH G. GOLDSMITH AND ASSOCIATES SURVEY (RECORDED IN BOOK 30 OF SURVEY AT PAGES 162 AND 162A) IN OCTOBER, 1981 FOR THE MT. THE REMAINING PORTION OF THE NORTH BOUNDARY, BEING THAT PORTION WEST OF THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, WAS COMPUTED COMMENCING AT THE AFOREMENTIONED TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
