E.A. DUFFY PERFORMED A SURVEY IN AUGUST, 1949 FOR THE STONEWAY
DOCK COMPANY WHICH INCLUDED THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. DURING HIS SURVEY HE
MONUMENTED THE NORTH LINE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. THIS SURVEY WAS THE
BASIS FOR A HUGH G. GOLDSMITH AND ASSOCIATES SURVEY (RECORDED IN BOOK
30 OF SURVEY AT PAGES 162 AND 162A) IN OCTOBER, 1981 FOR THE MT. OLIVET
CEMETERY WHICH ABUTS A PORTION OF THE NORTH LINE OF THE SUBJECT
PROPERTY.
TO RECONSTRUCT THE NORTH LINE TRIAD STARTED AT THE CALCULATED
POSITION FOR THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE
NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 17. WE THEN WENT 252.23 FEET ALONG
THE WEST LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER, AS CALLED FOR IN THE
RECORD LEGAL DESCRIPTION, TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE
FIRST COURSE ALONG THE NORTH LINE WAS HELD TO BE PARALLEL WITH THE
EAST—.rEST 1/4 LINE OF SECTION 17 AS SHOWN ON THE DUFFY SURVEY. WE
WENT EAST ALONG THE FIRST COURSE A DISTANCE OF 526.41 FEET, AS
CALLED FOR IN THE RECORD LEGAL DESCRIPTION, TO AN ANGLE POINT IN SAID
NORTH LINE. FROM THAT ANGLE POINT WE WENT IN A STRAIGHT LINE
TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 17, A DISTANCE OF 241.00
FEET NORTH OF THE =AST QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 17 AS SHOWN
ON THE DUFFY SURVEY.
THE ANGULAR RELATIONSHIP AT THE ANGLE POINT IN THE NORTH LINE WAS
CALCULATED TO BE 180'48'18" VS. 180'48'15" (DUFFY) VS. 180'53'13"
(RECORD LEGAL DESCRIPTION).
THE REMAINING PORTION OF THE NORTH BOUNDARY, BEING THAT PORTION
WEST OF THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, WAS COMPUTED COMMENCING AT
THE AFOREMENTIONED TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. THENCE RUNNING
WESTERLY, PARALLEL TO THE EAST — WEST 1/4 LINE, TO THE
NORTHEASTERLY MARGIN OF THE MAPLE VALLEY HIGHWAY.

WAS LOCATED BASED ON INFORMATION FROM W.S.D.O.T. RIGHT OF WAY PLAT FOR

AND 4 OF 4. SHEET 4 IS DATED FEB. 18, 1971 WITH A LAST REVISION
DATE OF 7-6-87. SHEET 3 IS DATED FEB. 18, 1971 WITH A LAST

THE CENTERLINE OF THE HIGHWAY WAS LOCATED FROM TIES ALONG THE EAST
LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 17. WHILE WORKING FOR
PREVIOUS CLIENT IN THE AREA (REF.: TRIAD JOB # 92-083) WE LOCATED
SEVERAL EMPTY MONUMENT CASES AND SEVERAL SETS OF RIPS AT THE PCs AND PTs
OF THE HIGHWAY. NONE OF THE EVIDENCE FOUND MATCH THE CALCULATED
POSITIONS OF THE PCs AND PTs. WE HAVE DECIDED TO HOLD THE
CENTERLINE CALCULATED FROM THE HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY PLAN.

MONUMENTED THE NORTH LINE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. THIS SURVEY WAS THE
BASIS FOR A HUGH G. GOLDSMITH AND ASSOCIATES SURVEY (RECORDED IN BOOK
30 OF SURVEY AT PAGES 162 AND 162A) IN OCTOBER, 1981 FOR THE MT. OLIVET

TO RECONSTRUCT THE NORTH LINE TRIAD STARTED AT THE CALCULATED
POSITION FOR THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE

THE WEST LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER, AS CALLED FOR IN THE
