Proposed Construction Dates
Construction is anticipated to start in summer 2024 and may extend into early 2025.
Hours and Days of Operation
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Friday as included in the project plans (Construction
Safety and Phasing Plan).
Special Hours Proposed for Construction or Hauling
There are no special hours proposed for construction; work will occur during normal
daylight hours, between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Proposed Hauling/Transportation Routes
West Perimeter Road and East Perimeter Road will be used for haul routes during
construction. Haul routes are shown in the project plan set, specifically the construction
safety and phasing plans, sheets C4 – C11.
Measures to Minimize Impacts
A Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (TESC) and Stormwater Pollution
Prevention Plan (SWPPP) were developed for this site to provide temporary sediment
control measures while construction is ongoing. Temporary erosion control measures
will be in place during construction to minimize impacts.
Preliminary Traffic Control Plan
A formal traffic control plan has not been established for this project. The Construction
Safety and Phasing Plan for this project includes language on how traffic will be
redirected during limited interaction with West Perimeter Road. Please refer to sheets
C4 – C11 in the project plan set for further details.
