A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on November 19, 2024 at 11:00AM by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the
following petition:

Location: The applicant is requesting Preliminary Plat approval, a lot line adjustment, and a street modification for a phased subdivision consisting of 22 total lots (21 SFR lots and
one lot reserved for the existing church on the site. The subject parcel is located at 15509 116th Ave SE (APN 2023059067). Utilities associated with the application are proposed on
the SW side of the adjacent City-owned site (APN 2023059109).
