Construction Mitigation

To Whom It May Concern:
I, Jason Beagle, the applicant for this project, have consulted with the property owner of Parcel No. 034570-0180,
and do understand that the City of Renton has requested a Construction Mitigation narrative. This letter addresses
that requirement but may need to be updated by the contractor once one has been chosen for the project.
1. Construction Mitigation narrative:
a. Proposed construction dates. Construction mobilization: March 1, 2024. Completion of site work and
utility installation: May 30, 2024.
b. Construction hours: 7am-5pm, Monday- Friday.
c. Proposed hauling/transportation routes: All tree cuttings, yard waste and sod shall be taken to an
approved site for composting. See attached Haul Route.
d. Mitigation measures:
i. Comply with all local and State regulations for Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control measures
for construction. Refer A1.0 TESC Notes, and Civil plans C2.0 TESC Plan C2.1 Notes & Details.
ii. Provide dust control measures.
iii. Provide waste control measures.
e. Special hours of Construction or Hauling: none anticipated at this time.
f. Preliminary Traffic Control Plan: General Contractor shall provide traffic control devices as required for
identification of construction access points, construction within the Right of Way, protection of property and
life safety as impacted by construction activity. GC shall provide proper and timely notice of any impacts to
the public Right of Way or private easements.
