My garage is at the rear of my property, by the fence that is proposed to be changed during the subject project. I also have done landscaping in this area. I am very concerned about the proposed amendments, as my property will be very much impacted. I'm devastated about the loss of the beautiful trees on the subject property, with the animal habitats, shade, and privacy they provide for us on 22nd St. More than that, though, I'm concerned about soil erosion due to tree removal. There is quite a grade on the side of the fence where the house might be built that can contribute to possible soil runoff into 22nd St, especially with the removal of the large trees. Specifically for my property, I need to understand completely what a hammerhead turnaround would require for my property. I also need to know how the new driveway would affect my plantings. I am requesting a site visit by people who understand the precise measurements of the planned changes and can explain to me how my home would be affected. I need someone to walk me through it all and show me what would result from the changes. My property is very expensive and I've made many improvements. I'm very worried that my land value will change, as I need to sell my property some time soon. Along with the site visit, I would be grateful if the specialist can provide the land measurements for my property so that I can see where my actual perimeter lines are. This will help me compare my boundaries with the proposed changes.
