Forin Project Manager, Integrus Architecture DATE: 27 September 2024 SUBJECT: Construction Mitigation Description Hazen High School Modernization Integrus Project No. 22318.00 A. Proposed construction start date is April 7, 2025, and construction will conclude on December 29, 2028 B. Hours of Operation – 7:00AM – 3:30PM for work outside of the building C. Proposed trucking routes are north on Hoquiam Ave NE to Sunset Blvd NE when leaving the school. Sunset Blvd NE or Renton Issaquah Rd SE to Hoquiam Ave NE. See Site Logistics Plan. D. Standard TESC measures will be employed to mitigate erosion; a. A water truck will be on hand to wet exposed soil as needed to control dust b. A construction entrance will be installed where trucks transition from soil to pavement to prevent track-out. See Logistics Plan c. Mulch and hog fuel will be used as conditions warrant to prevent mud. d. Trucking will be scheduled around student drop off and pickup to avoid added congestion and safety issues. e. Noisy site activity will be scheduled for times when students are off campus. Work that occurs during the school year will be monitored and modified as needed to remain below 45db at learning areas. f. Overall construction activity will be monitored and modified as needed to prevent disruption to learning. E. Construction hauling will be scheduled to avoid student drop off and pickup time. All deliveries and trucking arriving during these times will be refused. F.
