4- THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CLEARING LIMITS, SENSTITVE AREAS AND THEIR SUFFERS. AND AREAS OF VEGETATION PRESERVATION AND TREE RETENTION AS
PRESCRIBED ONTHE PLAN(S) SHALL BE CLEARLY DELINEATED BY FENCING AND PROTECTED IN THE FIELD IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPENDIX D OF THE CITY OF
RENTON SURFACE WATER DESIGN MANUAL (RENTON SWDM) PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION. DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD, NO DISTURBANCE
BEYOND THE CLEARING LJMTTS SHALL BE PERMITTED. THE CLEARING LIMITS SHALL BE MAINTAINED BY THE APPLICANTiESC SUPERVISOR FOR THE DURATiON OF
CONSTRUCTION
6. STABILIZED CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCES SHALL BE INSTALLEDATTHE BEGINNING OF CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTAINED FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT.
ADDITIONAL MEASURES, SUCH AS CONSTRUCTED WHEEL WASH SYSTEMS OR WASH PADS, MAY BE REGUI RED TO ENSURE THAT ALL PAVED AREAS ARE KEPT
GLEAN AND TRACK -CUT TO ROAD RIGHT OF WAY DOES NOT OCCUR FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT. IF SEDIMENT IS TRACKED OF F91TE_ PUBLIC ROADS SHALL
BE CLEANED THOROUGHLY AT THE END OF EACH DAY. OR MORE FREQUENTLY WRING WET WEATHER, AS NECESSARY TO PREVENT SEDIMENT FROM FNTERING
WATERS OF THE STATE.
6. WASHOUT FROM CONCRETE TRUCKS SHALL HE PERFORMED OFFSITE OR IN DESIGNATED CONCRETE WASHO➢TAREAS (WNLY. AQ NOT WASH OUT CONCRETE

AN EXHIBIT OF THOSE AREAS TO 13E SODDED OR SEEDEO AND THOSE AREAS TO REMAIN UNCOVERED SHALL BE SUSMITYEA -TO THE CITY FOR REVIEW
21 PRIOR TO FINAL CONSTRUCTION ACCEPTANCE, THE PROJECT SITE SHALL HE STABILIZED TO PREVENT SEDIMENT -LADEN WATER FROM LEAVING THE PRO.IECTSITE,
ALL ESC BMPS SHALL BE REMOVED, AND STDRMWATER CGNVEYA"CE SYSTEMS, FACILITIES. AND ON•SITE BMPS SHALL BE RESTORED TO THEIR FULLY
N T AR THE P I FUNCTIONING CONDITION. ALL DISTURBED AREAS OF E PROJECT SITE SHALL BE VEGETATED OR OTHERWISE PERMANENTLY STABILIZED- AT A MINIMUM.
DISTURBED AREAS SHALL BE SODDED OR SEEDED AND MULCHED TO ENSURE THAT SUFFICIENT COVER WELL DEVELOP SHORTLY AFTER FINAL APPROVAL MUL6H
WITHOUT SEEDING IS ADEQUATE FOR AREAS TO BE LANDSCAPED BEFORE OCTOBER IS7.
22 ROOKERIES ARE CONSIDERED TO BE A METHOD OF BANK STABILIZATION AND EROSION CONTROL. ROCKERIES SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUCTED TO SERVE AS
