THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WORKER AND SITE SAFETY AND SHALL COMPLY WITH THE LATEST OSHA STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS, OR ANY OTHER AGENCY HAVING JURISDICTION FOR EXCAVATION AND TRENCHING PROCEDURES.
