As you may be aware, the land use review for this pro ject has been going on for quite some time. The reason for t he longer review is due to our requests for the developer to provide additional information regarding traffic impacts. While the two-week comment period technically ended back in 2022, we have continued to accept comments and will do so up until the formal public hearing, which we anticipate will take place in January of 2025. I have added you as a Party of Record, which means you will receive copies of all formal written correspondence with the app licant and updates on public hearing dates, staff repo rts, etc. With respect to your comment on parking, they are curren tly providing the code required one parking stall per uni t. The are also providing some commercial parking for the future retail uses on the parcel to the east of the site (corner of Burnett and 3 rd ). While we are looking at requiring conditions to ensu re their on-site parking is managed efficiently, we do not have the ability to require them to provide on-site parking above and beyond the code requirement. I have added your comments to the official project record. If you have additional comments you’d like to submit, please feel free to send them over any time. If you’d l ike to discuss parking in more detail, or any other aspe ct of the project, I’d be happy to set up a meeting or phone call. Thank you and have a great weekend, Alex ALEX MORGANROTH, AICP, Principal Planner City of Renton // Planning Division 2I hope this message finds you well! My name is Abby Zab rodsky, and I live at 326 Burnett Ave N, Renton, WA 98057. I recently became aware of the proposed Loga n 6 development, and I am reaching out with some concerns, particularly regarding its potential imp act on local traffic and parking. One of my primary concerns is the availability of parkin g. Currently, parking on our street is quite competitive, and with parking permitted on only one s ide of the street, securing a spot in front of our home can already be a challenge. Given these existing c onditions, I strongly encourage that the development plans include adequate on-site parking to ac commodate future residents and that on- street parking not be relied upon as a solution. I would also appreciate any information on upcoming public comment periods or opportunities to provide feedback regarding this development. I'm not against this development, but I would like to voice my thoughts on how this project could benefit everyone in our community. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Abby Zabrodsky 326 Burnett Ave N Renton, WA 98057
