SPLASH PAD THE CENTER'S EXISTING SPLASH PAD LOCATED NEAR THE FACILITY ENTRANCE HAS BEEN INOPERABLE FOR MANY YEARS AND IS LOCATED SUCH THAT EVEN IF REPAIRS WERE MADE TO GET IT WORKING AGAIN, IT WOULD NOT BE DESIRABLE DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS AND FOOT TRAFFIC CONGESTION AT THE ENTRY.
