REFER TO PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE CED Gina Estep Matt Herrera Anna Felicio 7.c) CONSENT AGENDA AB - 3698 Human Resources / Risk Management Department recommends authorizing the following reclassifications and salary grade adjustments of seven positions effecting twelve current employees: 1) Administrative Secretary 1 in Executive Services-IT (1 FTE) to IT Procurement & Contract Coordinator grade a11; Principal Engineer in Public Works-Utilities (2 FTEs), and Airport (1 FTE), title unchanged, grade a37; Water Quality- Treatment Plant Operator in Public Works (3 FTE), to Water Treatment Plant Operator, grade a19; Water Utility Inspections - SCADA Technician in Public Works (1 FTE), to SCADA/Telemetry Technician, grade a21; Water Utility Maintenance Supervisor in Public Works (1 FTE), to Water Treatment Operations Supervisor, grade a28; Network Systems Manager in Executive Services-IT (1 FTE), to Infrastructure & Security Manager, grade m38; and Court Services Supervisor in Municipal Court (2 FTE), to Court Services Manager, grade m25. Additionally, authorize the regrade of a vacant Enterprise Applications Manager position from m37 to m38. Funding for the agreement is proposed to be HB 1590 funds which is for behavioral health and/or housing related services.
