Plan to visit downtown Renton Saturday, November 30 for Small Business Saturday and a full day of holiday festivities: • Rain or shine, a special Holiday Farmers Market will be open from 12-4 p.m. in Piazza Park. Find local holiday treats, crafts, gifts, and more. • The Renton Municipal Arts Commission and other local groups will host several free activities in the Pavilion Events Center from 12-5 p.m. • At 4:45 p.m. join us for more celebrating with the Tree Lighting ceremony in Piazza Park and the arrival of Santa! • What’s a holiday season without a photo with Santa? This action-packed day concludes as Santa moves into the Pavilion where you can share your holiday wish list and snap a photo with him from 5-7 p.m. For more information about Small Business Saturday events visit our website at http://renton.smallbusinesssaturday. • Information about preventative street maintenance, traffic impact projects, and road closures happening this week can be found at http://rentonwa.gov/traffic. Approved traffic control plans were issued for all work and will be followed. Intermittent northbound lane closure on Wells Ave S north of intersection S 2nd St for utility installation. Approved traffic control plans were issued for all work and will be followed.
