Accounts Payable – total payment of $15,504,908.11 for vouchers 10892-10893, 10898- 10913, 420458-420461, 420464-420466, 420476- 420671, 420673-420787, 420797, 420799-421096; payroll benefit withholding vouchers 7528-7549, 420467-420475, 420788-420796 and 1 wire transfer. 2. Payroll – total payment of $4,033,574.12 for payroll vouchers that include 1,388 direct deposits and 11 checks. (10/1/24-10/15/24 and 10/16/24- 10/31/24 pay periods). Funds to implement these changes will be done in the first quarter budget adjustment of 2025.  Administrative Secretary 1 in Executive Services-IT (1 FTE), to IT Procurement & Contract Coordinator, grade a11  Principal Engineer in Public Works-Utilities (2.0 FTE), and Airport (1.0 FTE), title unchanged, grade a37  Water Quality-Treatment Plant Operator in Public Works (3.0 FTE), to Water Treatment Plant Operator, grade a19  Water Utility Inspection—SCADA Technician in Public Works (1.0 FTE), to SCADA/Telemetry Technician, grade a21  Water Utility Maintenance Supervisor (1.0 FTE) in Public Works, Water Treatment Operations Supervisor, grade a28  Network Systems Manager in Executive Services-IT (1 FTE), to Infrastructure & Security Manager, grade m38  Court Services Supervisor in the Municipal Court (2 FTE), to Court Services Manager, grade m25  Adjust the salary grade of the existing Enterprise Applications Manager from m37 to m38 COUNCIL CONCUR IN THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION HRRM Kim Gilman Mary Ann Anthony 7.e) UNFINISHED BUSINESS Finance Committee: Chair O'Halloran presented a report recommending concurrence in the staff recommendation to approve the 2024-2026 contract with Health Commons Project for the Renton Student Health Hub using HB 1590 funds and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement subject to approval as to legal form. COUNCIL CONCUR IN THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION Parks & Recreation MJ Van Cleave Jen Spencer Roberta Graver 7.f) UNFINISHED BUSINESS Finance Committee: Chair O'Halloran presented a report recommending concurrence in the staff recommendation to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Professional Service Agreement for Janitorial Services by CCS Facility Services in the amount of $392,458.56. COUNCIL CONCUR IN THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION PW – Facilities Martin Pastucha Jeff Minisci Jeannie Gabriel 7.g) UNFINISHED BUSINESS Finance Committee: Chair O'Halloran presented a report recommending concurrence in the staff recommendation to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Change Order No. 25 with Pivetta Brother’s Construction, Inc. for the Rainier Ave S Corridor Improvements-Phase 4 Project. Change Order No. 25 will provide reimbursement to the city in the amount of $1,233,048.44 from franchise utilities, including Puget Sound Energy (PSE), Lumen, and Comcast. COUNCIL CONCUR IN THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION PW – Transportation Martin Pastucha Jim Seitz Jeannie Gabriel 7.h) UNFINISHED BUSINESS Planning & Development Committee: Chair Pérez presented a report recommending concurrence in the staff recommendation to approve the adoption of the ordinance amending 2021 International Fire Code and Fire Prevention Regulations in order to maintain consistency with the adopted Washington State Fire Code, update terminology, and/or revisions to reflect current practices. The Planning & Development Committee further recommends that ordinance be presented for first reading.
