final assessment roll to the City Clerk for the issuance of

to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Change
Order No. 25 with Pivetta Brother’s Construction, Inc. for
the Rainier Ave S Corridor Improvements-Phase 4 Project.
Change Order No. 25 will provide reimbursement to the
city in the amount of $1,233,048.44 from franchise
utilities, including Puget Sound Energy (PSE), Lumen, and
Comcast.

International Fire Code as adopted and amended by the
