domicile on his property located at 11135 SE 164th St, Renton, Washington 98055.
Kelly Carner has maintained a travel trailer on his property since 2008 when he purchased the
current unit. This trailer has consistently been used as a living space during this time. I can attest
that the trailer has been utilized as a residence prior to 2019 and that this use has been consistent
and uninterrupted since its establishment.
The travel trailer has been located on his property and appears to meet the necessary requirements
for safe and responsible habitation. Based on my observations and interactions with Mr. Carner, he
has maintained the trailer in good condition, and it continues to serve its intended purpose.
I provide this testimony willingly and to the best of my knowledge to affirm Mr. Carner's long -
standing use of the travel trailer as a domicile on his property.
