The proposed Langston Properties project is a 4-lot single-family boundary line adjustment and right-
of-way improvement project located at 303 - 315 SW Langston Road, Renton, WA. More generally, the
site is located in the SW ¼ of Section 18, Township 23 N, Range 5 E, W.M. The project consists of four
(4) existing parcels (King County Parcel Nos. 8663500-040, -045, -050, -060) totaling approximately
0.818-acres. The parcels are currently zoned R-8 and are occupied by single-family residences.
The proposed lot line adjustment will maintain the four lots and provide two access routes to SW
Langston Road that meet fire requirements. These routes will allow for eight existing lots to have
access to SW Langston Road and be adequately served for fire purposes. The proposed development
will remove the existing residences, associated structures and services. The LLA will include necessary
utility improvements that include a water main extension through the alley, a section of sanitary sewer
main replacement, and installing utility services for the thirteen parcels.
