This is further to the request regarding the coodinating Civil Engineering works with Memo
of Geotechnical Engineer and is described as under :
1. The hydrostatic uplift force calculated in the TIR is not applicable to the project per
the geotechnical engineer's finding in an addendum provided on 11/13/2024.
Accordingly we have revised the drawings. Our calculations for the uplift of the
vault be treated redundant.
We have deleted the 5' concrete under the detention vault to counter uplift. Please
refer to the revised drawings.
2. The drain tile has been installed at elevation where it is functional as per elevations of
the existing city storm system. This is done as per recommendations of the
Geotechnical Engineer vide attached memo dated September 26.2024. . Please refer
to attached revised plan for these changes.
