In accordance with your authorization, Cobalt Geosciences, LLC has prepared a plan review of
the updated structural plans for the detention vault. The plans were prepared by Mike Visser, PE
and dated June 3, 2024 with updated November 15, 2024. We have no comments at this time.
The plans appear to include relevant information from our previous geotechnical letters and
reports.
We should be on site periodically during vault backfilling to verify soil compaction, soil
composition, foundation drain placement, and temporary excavations. We may provide location
specific recommendations for backfill compaction and drainage placement depending on the soil
conditions and results of soil compaction efforts on the native soils.
