Comment responses are italicized. 1. The layout of the proposed residence does not appear to match the design in other drawings. The proposed layout has been made consistent across drawings. 2. Identify the location of proposed easements, buffer area and landscaped areas. All areas have been identified in the site plan on sheet C2. 3. Include the square footage (by floor and overall total) of the residence. The floor square footage has been added to the site plan on sheet C2. 4. Include the total square footage of all landscaping. The total land scaping area has been added to the site plan on sheet C2. 5. Identify the distance between the building and the property lines.
