However, as of last week we are dealing with persistent problem – 40 + radio issues that need to be addressed. There will be more probably. Plugs need to be removed and replaced with brackets. Additional WO’s to be created to re-visit location in question and fix the problem. Plugs can be re-used, but on different location. Radio signals are monitored in Sensus Analytics and reported by Sandy Zier. As for cost – it will be added for labor and equipment. Cost of plug is $5, backet $12. So far, 300 brackets are ordered. Sherry: Continues working on WO’s and WO revisions. Update on cost – must go back to WO’s and adjust tasks and cost once she receives more info from Kristin. Cost for meters not being in sidewalk is configured based on 15 minutes for labor inspection. She will continue sending WO’s in Cityworks once Kevin revises the template. Kevin: working on 2 modifications: e-mail notification for Emina and Account ID/ print template for Sherry. Josh: will be working on testing extract data from Cityworks and prepping for dashboard. Emina: review of all closed WO received via email and data extract from Cityworks, joining info with GIS and updating Service Connection Layer. Will be working with Josh on project update dashboard. Communication with the team is excellent! Next meeting TBD – as and when needed.
