Louis Trujillo called the meeting to order at 4:17 p.m.
2. Announcements:

3. Approval Of Minutes:
Moved by Camila Lagow and Seconded by Gary Googins to approve the August 22, 2023, regular meeting
minutes. Motion Carried.
4. Public Comment:
None.
5. Unfinished Business:
None.
6. New Business:
A. Entry Police Officer Eligibility List* and Examination Report**
Moved by Cynthia Yalcinkaya and seconded by Gary Googins to approve the Entry Police Officer
Eligibility List. Motion Carried.
7. Other Business/Comments
A. Karen to provide commissioners with December commission date and info regarding the 42nd annual
Civil Service Conference.
B. Sgt. Nielsen responded to commissioners’ questions regarding background process and who to contact
for crime data, tours, and training.
