Existing May Creek Trail North – the new May Creek Trail South will mimic this trail tread and style. Rendering of new bridge connecting existing May Creek Trail North with the future May Creek Trail South and providing views of aquatic habitat. Existing overlooks along May Creek Trail North will be mimicked along the new May Creek Trail South. May Creek Trail South Schematic Design New ADA Accessible Natural Surface Trail New trail spurs providing access to overlooks of May Creek New aluminum bridge crossing on abutments located outside of floodplain Sht 1 of 2 Planned habitat improvements along south side of creek will mimic previously restored conditions along north side and include volunteer project opportunities. Planned interpretive opportunities to view and appreciate riparian and aquatic habitat along south side of creek and from new crossing. Rendering of new ADA Accessible boardwalk spanning existing wetland areas.
