Section 5.1 - “… involuntarily unhoused individuals are permitted to
temporarily camp …”
Section 5.5 – “Any personal property … will be collected and stored by
the Parks and Recreation Department at no cost to the owner …”
Section 6.1 – individuals have at least 48 hours to remove personal
property
Section 6.5 – “… notify the City’s Human Services Division of all orders to
remove …”
Section 7.3 – “… personal property … shall be … inventoried … and stored
for safekeeping …” for a minimum of 70 days if not recovered
Section 8.3 – “… individual may request that the property be delivered to
