A. GENERAL QUESTION: Can you clarify if there's any pool related mechanical/equipment work that needs to be included? I see Pool Equipment/Mechanical/Electrical sections in the Schedule of Values, but I am not finding any details about it in the construction documents. ANSWER: The only pool mechanical / equipment work is to ensure a working system at startup. B. PROJECT MANUAL 1. Section 00 00 03 – Bid Proposal Form, Time For Completion QUESTION: Project Durations: We need to clarify about the 120 days for the project completion. I am assuming that is to the point of plastering and filling the pool with water. We'll need an additional 30 days for the brush & balance process before they can start using the pool. Can you find out if that is correct? If they want to swim after 120 days, that is a very short time (especially because during this part of the year, we'll have some weather impacts). ANSWER: Given the scope, 120 days to swimming is achievable provided there are sufficient people to work on the project. The point regarding weather is valid. 30 days is great. 14 days is acceptable and is required in the project documents. 2 | Page 2.
