On further reading the rest of the code just what was cited you can have a vehicle for every license
driver. And all the vehicles are operable and registered just they don’t have current tabs which is not a
crime until the are driven on public roads, 3 all vehicles are parked on permissible surfaces and have all
along, I told you my dad lived in the Montana until he passed away so this is another none issue.
Please send the rest of the codes your referencing so I can research the whole code to make sure we are
using the whole context of the code and not bits and pieces to change the narrative.
