SUBJECT:Annual renewal of Kisi Syslog Server
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a TAG packet with CDW-Government. This
packet authorizes Quote # PFKQ094, in the amount of $425.81, for the annual
renewal of Kiwi Syslog.
Kiwi Syslog is a log server that allows for the centralized capture of logs from our
network devices. This is used both for compliance as well as problem and threat
investigation, when needed.
Although this has been an ongoing annual renewal we are now submitting it to the
City Clerkâs Office for assignment of a TAG number for tracking purposes.
