Inspection Specialist & Environmental Consultants has been retained by Mr. Amin Gilani to perform a wetland site review of the subject property noted above. This reconnaissance site visit and report is to determine if the site contains any wetland conditions and / or characteristics of a wetland prior to the planned purchase feasibility for the possible future development of a six plot single-family structures for the parcel property. Site plan presented in appendix “A” Definitions: Wetlands are those areas that are inundated or saturated by surface or ground water at a frequency and duration enough to support, and that under normal circumstances, do support a prevalence of vegetation typically adapted for life in saturated soil conditions. swamps, fresh and saltwater marshes, bogs, and some meadows are examples of wetlands. Some riparian areas adjacent to streams are also wetlands. BAI Inspection Services site visit was May 15/2024 @ 10:30 AM. The subject parcel is 1.8 acres of land in the city of Renton Washington County of King that currently is undeveloped. Landform is generally flat. The site has no standing water, no histic soils or habitat that would be indicative of a wetland.
