Dear Mr. Shadbolt:
Thank you for your comments related to Earlington Townhomes, dated June 26, 2017
(email). Your comments and suggestions will be added to the public record for
consideration by the reviewing official and you have been added as a party of record.
To address your traffic concerns the applicant will be required to demonstrate
compliance with the City's development regulations as well as Washington State's
Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) which includes requirements for mitigation for impacts
caused by the development. The City will continue to provide analysis of the proposal in
three upcoming documents: SEPA Addendum, Staff Recommendation to the Hearing
Examiner, and the Hearing Examiner Decision (Final Decision). You will receive copies of
all correspondences.
