PROJECT CONSTRUCTION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OUTLINED IN THE GEOTECHNICAL REPORT PREPARED BY NELSON GEOTECHNICAL ASSOCIATES, INC., DATED JUNE 10, 2005 AS WELL AS THE GEOTECHNICAL LETTER PREPARED BY COBALT GEOSCIENCES, LLC, DATED MARCH 3, 2023. 2. THE APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT AN INADVERTENT DISCOVERIES PLAN PREPARED BY A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL WITH THE CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY THE CURRENT PLANNING PROJECT MANAGER PRIOR TO PERMIT ISSUANCE. 3. THE DUWAMISH TRIBE SHALL ALSO BE NOTIFIED IF ANY ARCHEOLOGICAL WORK OR MONITORING IS PERFORMED ON THE PROJECT SITE.
