Re: Letter Explaining the Request for a Testamentary Division Review
13727 156t11 Ave. SE, Renton, WA 98059, TPN 146340-0051 (the "Renton Property")
Dear Sir or Madam:
I am the successor Trustee of the Alexander M. Henry Revocable Living Trust, the trust set up by
my deceased father. In my father's trust agreement, he intended a testamentary subdivision of the
Renton Property (see pages 3-4 of the trust agreement). Specifically, my father bequeathed to me
the easternmost 1 acre and the home located on the Renton Property. He bequeathed to my
brother, Michael Henry, the remaining acreage of the Renton Property, which is roughly 1.26
acres. Thus, I am requesting a testamentary division review for the Renton Property.
Enclosed in this packet is:
- Completed Land Use Permit Master Application
- Copy of Alexander M. Henry's Certi Iicate of Death
- Copy of Alexander M. Henry's Last Will and Testament, and two Codicils
- Copy of Alexander M. Henry's Revocable Living Trust, as amended and restated
- A title certificate ("Subdivision Guarantee") of the Renton Property
- Map prepared by Schroeter Surveying Inc.
- Check for the applicable fees, including the recording fee ($1,072.82)
