Dear Mr. Korasani,
During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed further. The following information will need to be submitted before March 24, 2025
so that we may continue the review of the above subject application:
Staff received additional information regarding the presence of wetlands on the project site that is inconsistent with the submitted Wetland Determination Reconnaissance Report prepared
by BAI Inspection Services, LLC. This inconsistency will need to be resolved to the City’s satisfaction before review of the project can move forward.
The review of your project has been placed on hold until this inconsistency is resolved.
